Hi, I'm John, a retired Highway Patrol Sergeant, widely known in fitness circles as Mr. Clean because of my resemblance to the iconic character and clean eating habits.
Born in Omaha and an Air Force brat, I graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Business Finance. My law enforcement career spanned over two decades, and I retired in 2018 to Texas.
